And then the Joker escapes and kills again, and again, and again. So the death penalty would prevent this. It's a cut and dry case. To argue otherwise, especially when he admits to his murders, is insane.
It’s not for a random citizen to decide to give somebody the death penalty, whether they’re a super hero or not. That is, under our system, for a jury of his peers to decide within the structures of a court of law.
You are entirely too quick to want to pull the trigger on somebody. I hope you don’t get pulled over for speeding by a cop with a grudge.
