I have a question about mutants and similar super humans in general... Someone like Cyclops... Does he only have the physical stats of a peak human + his optic blast, or do mutants have some kind of a gene, which increases their durability as well? So that their body can take more shots than the body of someone like Hawkeye, who is straight up a regular dude with amazing archer skills?

All super heroes can take a hell of a lot more punishment than would be possible in real life, regardless of powers or background. Because it’s fiction.

So no, the average mutant doesn’t specifically have enhanced durability, though some of them do as it relates to their own powers.
