Seriously? How many people are villains like Magneto, Joker, Red Skull, Sabertooth, Carnage, Deathstroke, Harley Quinn, and Riddler going to kill before the military takes action? I know killing is wrong and people deserve a fair trial, but do you honestly think the government would allow these people to keep slaughtering thousands and thousands of people? The situation is so extreme, the police can't even handle it. Don't tell me a hit squad wouldn't be sent in for some of these people.

That’s not typically how things work in our world–and if it did happen, and it became public knowledge, the people behind it would be facing prosecution themselves.
Don’t confuse doing the easy thing with doing the right thing.
