We know that Batman doesn't kill and that the same applies for the majority of the big DC heroes. What's your opinion on Marvel heroes in that regard? For example Captain America. We've seen Captain America killing opponents in the past, if he saw no other way around it... If a writer now came up with a scene, where Captain America killed an opponent (after a short, inner struggle) would you allow that scene to make it live, or would you request the writer to change it to a no-kill-scenario?

Depends entirely on the scenario. As a soldier and a veteran, I assume that Captain America understands situations that call for the proper and legitimate use of deadly force. But I also know that such a use is an absolute last resort for Cap, and not something that he would employ casually. So in the average situation, such measures are not called for. And when such measures are employed, a thorough accounting of them must take place, to ensure that everything was above board, as in the case of a police officer discharging his weapon.
