  • "Marvel's VP of Animation Development and Production and panel moderator Cort Lane... A fan asked about an X-Men cartoon, but Lane reminded the fan that the X-Men are controlled by Fox, including the animation side." Why is Mr. Lane is LYING at a Comic Con? Fox doesn't own the animation rights to the X-Men, otherwise Marvel Studios couldn't be using X-Men characters in their shows like Super Hero Squad and Spiderman, which they DO. Can you clarify it?

    I think that, given his position and title, Cort knows more about what the Animation Department can and cannot do, and for what reasons, than you do.
