New Brevoort Formspring

Since there still seem to be several people still ticked about OMD, just wanna say I agreed with ending the marriage wholeheartedly. Sure, some marriages can work… Reed and Sue for example… but Peter is a character it doesn’t work for. People want to point to how long his marriage with MJ lasted, I point to how badly written the marriage was in the 90’s.. At least, for me. I got tired of MJ constantly wantIng Peter to give up being Spidey, and that smoking nonsense. None of it ever felt true to her character.

Anyways, point being, I think it was a blessing the marriage came to an end, and I’ve enjoyed the Spidey comics again from BND onward. Looking forward to whatever comes next!
