I'm pretty sure that Grim Hunt happens after Siege, it's been a while but IIRC the story referenced Norman Osborn being in jail and Mac Gargan being on the run. Siege has to take place after ASM 626, since the Hood is still in power in that issue. I think Something Can Stop The Juggernaut references the SHRA, in which case Siege takes place after that too. So the crossover either occurs between ASM 629 and 630 (right before Shed), or between ASM 633 and 634 (right before Grim Hunt).
