New Brevoort Formspring

So, I know you can't answer storyline questions (And I wouldn't want you to with ANY specificity at all. That ruins the fun of reading comics!), but is there anything that can be shared regarding the universes that Marvel/Disney have acquired the rights to? Are either Ultraverse or CrossGen free to use? I'd love to see one or both of them introduced in Battleworld.
