  • So are you guys finally giving up and calling it quits? My friend knows someone at Marvel and he said that the comics weren't profitable anymore and Marvel was going to stop publishing comics and just focus on the movies from now on. Please, say it ain't so! I hope this isn't true, don't let DC be the last man standing! Also, how come Marvel books have ads for DC comics, movies, shows, etc.? Do you guys not have control over what ads you publish? Sincerely, A Concerned Fan

    Any time your source is “A friend knows somebody at Marvel”, what you’re hearing is total made up bullshit.

    And if DC wants to give us money in order to reach an audience that we have, why should we turn them down? That said, I can’t remember any DC-themed ads in our books in forever.
