Those images are misleading, the Beyonder like the LT or Galactus etc can not be judged on human terms of Good or Bad, he also did a lot of very Kind things such as in Rom # 72 but that does not make him benevolent either.

That is what made his character so interesting ,here was this all powerful being from another universe/multiverse but because he had never known anything other than his own oneness was puzzled at Humanities behaviour much like a curious child.
