In Captain America #4, Cap's in India fighting against Armadillo who tells him that Zemo has bombs in a couple locations including Florida set to go off "in minutes." Cap then tells Misty he's going after Zemo in Florida and... he's there. Does the new Cap have a teleporter? Even with the fastest Quinjet India to Florida would take hours, which would be too late.
Cap uses the same Hydra Infinite Elevator that got him to India in seconds to travel to Florida in that span of time–and Misty uses it to go after the other Hydra sites.
