  • For the Cosmic Control Rod anon: Johnny decided for the Negative Zone to hold elections (because he didn't want to be a tyrant), and, surprisingly, Annihilus won. So he handed the Cosmic Control Rod over to Annihilus. It happened in the final issues of Hickman's FF / Fantastic Four run.
