Will the Secret Wars Weirdworld series be connected at all to the original series by that name from Epic Illustrated? I thought that one, with Tyndall and Velanna, was creator-owned.

There is a connection of sorts, but you’ll have to wait and see. And no, that was a marvel-owned series.
