New Brevoort Formspring

Hi Tom! Last time I checked, Johnny Storm had the Comic Control Rod. But after the FF were evicted from the Baxter Building and their stuff sorted through by SHIELD (or something of the sorts) does Johnny still have the Rod or is it in someone else's hands now?
