Other people traveled through time under one condition and using one methodology. And the O5 came to the present through time using a particular methodology and under certain conditions. So it’s the same thing as the flying analogy, Eva being able to get back to early Professor X’s time doesn’t necessarily mean that they can, any more than the fact that both Angel and Iron man can fly means that Angel can fly as fast as Iron Man, or as high, or that Iron man can fly for as indefinite a period as Angel.
