I've just now started reading Hickman's Avengers (fantastic stuff). I'm not sure if this is something that's shown and I haven't gotten to it yet, but do the higher-up cosmic beings (the Living Tribunal, Eternity, Celestials, The Stranger, The Watchers) know about the Incursions?
