New Brevoort Formspring

Reading today's issue of New Avengers and discussing it extensively with friends, is Hank in actuality the Scientist Supreme? I think elsewhere someone had shown editorial notes stating that he was, but it's still confusing considering the ending of Slott's Mighty Avengers. True, Loki may have staged Pym meeting Eternity and being named SS, but once again, Loki lies. It'd be nice to have this all actually cleared up once and for all.
