Hi Tom, I have a minutiae question I think you are uniquely suited to answer! I know Steve Rogers tried to enlist in NY, but was the secret storefront Project Rebirth facility he was taken to located in NYC or Washington DC? (Different versions of Cap's origin have suggested different locations).
