You know, really great talents like Tony Isabella, Steve Englehart, Len Kaminski and others on twitter and facebook who still love comics aren't hired by you guys. Do you really think that so many of your former talents can't meet the expectations of today's audience? And what do you think your shelf life is at this point?

Sometimes they are, and sometimes they aren’t.

But nobody is owed work. And every minute in this field you are competing with every other creator who is in this field. That’s the nature of the beast. There is no tenure.

Every comic book job is a temporary one, in the end.
