Hardly. Superman and Wonder Woman remain two of the best-known and best-beloved characters in the world. And for all that they haven’t had a whole lot of success in other media in the last couple of years, that can all change with one project. Advocating for this is like advocating that Batman should have been put out to pasture in 1970, after the TV show ended and nobody was interested in the character. People have been trying to come up with characters as good as these for seventy years, with relatively few equalling them.
