If you were at DC, or if Marvel does ever do a reboot, do you think there'd be any reason not to do different series in different continuities (more or less what Marvel did with the Ultimate line)? Seems to me that if each continuity has its fans, then the old, discarded ones could sustain maybe just a title or two.
I think that if you’re making a change, you make a change; no halfway measures. Either you feel that there’s a need to change something, or you don’t. Trying to have things both ways is not only confusing, but it’s also not likely to work, and only weakens the change that you’re trying to make.
