The MARVEL SPOTLIGHT issue you’re taking about was the one that revealed the existence of the Infinity Formula, and how Fury was being blackmailed for doses for decades by its inventor. But nobody else got it and nobody else took it. This is incorrect.Yes, in recent years both Mockingbird and Winter Soldier got a dose of the stuff.
