we will won’t see Doctor Doom in a movie by Marvel Studios. That remembers me that when Hanna Barbera couldn’t use Namor on its Fantastic Four cartoon, they created a similar character called Triton to take his place.
I wonder if Marvel Comics might have considered create a similar character to Doom, or any other character that is currently licensed to another studio, so Marvel Studios can use them? >

I can’t really speak for the Studios guys, but I wouldn’t think so.

Also, doing that would be somewhat legally dicey.
