New Brevoort Formspring

With Battleworld being a patchwork planet made up of pieces of different destroyed universes what does this entail for cosmic and other dimensional characters. I suppose what I am asking is are we talking about the Planet Earths of specific universes being destroyed or EVERYTHING within any given universe. E.g. 616 New York will be destroyed, but would the Shiar empire in outer space be affected?

If you mean will it be wiped out and consigned to the void–well, yes, pretty much.
