Fox every 4 or 5 months always seems to make some noises about crossover between X-Men and FF. Can they even do that without Marvel working out terms with them? It seems like it's 2 separate packages, each with separate terms, how could they decide on their own how that would work legally? Has Marvel already worked such a thing out with them?
Depends entirely on what the contracts say. But my guess is that they couldn’t do it without Marvel’s consent. Beyond that, not my area, nothing I can tell you.
