  • So, is it theoretically possible that DC can sell the rights of Batman to Marvel and Batman could legally become a Marvel character?

    Yes, it is theoretically possible that such a thing could happen. We bought Marvelman, for example.

    But it is so unlikely as to be a virtual impossibility.
