Tom, Are there 'quotas' involving certain super-villains at Marvel nowadays? I notice that baddies like the Constrictor & Mr.Hyde show up most of the time & guys like Sunstroke,the Masked Marauder, Gargantua, Halflife (the alien gal),and Yetrigar do not. As an old-time Marvelite,I would love to see the latter super-felons appear again in ANY Marvel title. Please,if you & the various editors are responsible for what villains pop up in Marvel titles ever month,consider doing this. Thank you.

Most of that is simply that more creators are familiar with Constrictor and Mister Hyde than other more obscure Marvel villains.
