Do you think that Marvel is trying to buck the FOC system by scheduling issues less than 23 days apart, forcing retailers to make their orders based off 0 days of sales as opposed to the usual Wed-Mon data?

No, I don’t think that at all. At worst, Retailers would need to look two issues back rather than one in most of those circumstances. But most Retailers are very happy when we put more than one issue of any good-selling title into their hands in a given month, as they represent guaranteed strong sales in general.
