Hey Mr Brevoort. I know Marvel doesn't actively promote alcohol use but we do have instances and panels of characters drinking , from beer , to alcohol to Mead and that's majorly due story tool and the Fact that alcohol isn't banned in our country but at the rate we're going the Supreme Court will have to take up the case of Medical Marijuana and so forth so do you think when that time comes or before it we will see Marvel allowing writers to write and depict Marijuana if the story demanded it?

I don’t know. I think it would depend both on the legality of the act, and the facts concerning both its short-term and long-term medicinal effect. It’s perfectly legal to smoke tobacco, but we choose not to depict our characters doing so because the detrimental effect on health is undeniable. I don’t know that there’d be any easy way to differentiate between one and the other.
