Well, sure, but part of that process is that any ideas i throw into the mix are all about the story–and the story is the providence of the creative team. This is why one of the things I teach the younger editors is; Creators get the credit, Editors get the blame.

So any such ideas that I might have provided should by right be credited to the creators who told those stories. They are, after all, the ones who brought them to life.
