now that axis has wrapped im curios to comparing the two events art wise. Im sure everyone would like a DEodato whos both good and fast and could do all eight issues of the same event as opposed to axis which had multiple artists . Me personally i would much rather as along as you get A list artists have the events books come out out on the quicker accelarated schedule which makes the stories must more enjoyable
It’s kind of a strange thing to me as well, as aesthetically, I prefer to have a single artist all the way through. But from all available evidence, it seems like the readership as a whole doesn’t mind rotating artists on a series like this, so long as all of the artists involved exceed a certain bar of quality.
But this is one of those things that makes you feel as though comics have become much more writer-driven.
