I'm thinking about setting up a store on one the big t-shirts website. On the site in question there are a ton of designs that use marvel characters in some way. Some of them involve original art that people have produced. Some involve editing existing image or parodying them. Sherry Levine did this way back and it was legal and some of the items I think I've even seen creators wearing at cons. Is a blind eye just turned? Just want to know the lay of the land before I put myself at risk.
