Tom, any chance we'll have more female non-white characters in more important roles? currently there are only 4 that I can really read about and two of them share a book (so if one happens to dislike that book, its kinda disheartening)

The answer in general is yes, absolutely.
The trick with a question like this is that everybody wants to see more representation of whatever their preferred demographic is–ethnicity, sexual orientation, religious background, whatever. That is their cause–but it is only one of many causes for Marvel 9the chief one, of course, being “telling good stories that people care about.” )
So there’s a general intention to do more of everything for everyone. But it’s not individually mission one. You may ask me again, and those stats may not have increased by much a year from now. Or then again, they may, depending on what stories and ideas our creators come up with.
