Will we ever see comics drop down to $3.49 (I'm just asking for your opinion/thoughts)? $3.99/$4.99 are more than a little pricey. DC and Archie have some nice quality all-ages titles at reliable prices. I'm not against Marvel, but if I buy 4 comics a month, I'll have to pull out a $20 bill from my wallet. I miss the 80's prices...
I miss the 80s prices on everything, but short of inventing a time machine, I think we’re both pretty much out of luck.
Somebody somewhere might try the $3.49 price point, but from our analytics, it just means leaving money on the table, and thereby making it tougher for a given title to be able to sustain itself.
