I prefer more lighthearted and humorous comicbooks such as Silver Surfer, She-Hulk, and Astro City (as long as they are still imaginative and well-written), and am looking forward to Squirrel Girl. Given that Fred Perry has been writing and drawing Gold Digger for over 20 years, and more than 300 issues if you count all the specials, I think that he has more than proven that he knows his craft well. Is there any chance that you could please offer him to write some title for you? Happy new year!
It’s certainly possible if one of our editors feels like Fred is the right person to approach with a given assignment. I’ve never so much as spoken to him that I can remember, so I’ve no idea if he’d even be interested in working on any Marvel stuff.
