Tom, thinking about the DC move and everything thats come from that, how much of your job actually requires you be in the office? I feel like most of it just needs the internet and a phone...

You could maybe do it without the offices, but with a group as large as ours, I find that it’s beneficial to have everybody in the same general area, so that discussions can happen more quickly, and it doesn’t take a week and a half to solve a simple matter that should only take fifteen minutes in person.
