Why are you so rude to dissatisfied customers who complain? There is no justification for that.

I think I’m very nice to the people who come here and ask questions, taking time out of my day to converse and answer them.
But some of the folks who come here are abusive or insulting. Nobody should be surprised that I meet people in kind.
