Have you considered Peter David and Matt Fraction co-writing a new volume of X-Treme X-Men where 616 Jean returns from the dead without the Phoenix Force and builds a team of Gambit, Cable, Domino, Rictor, Shatterstar and Polaris? Jean + Cable is already a dynamic that I'd love to see.
