  • Would you say calling a comic CONAN: THE AVENGER is kind of like Asylum pictures putting out their mockbusters with names like AGE OF HOBBITS, PARANORMAL ENTITY, AVH: ALIENS VS. HUNTERS, etc. or those cheapy direct to video animated titles meant to take advantage of dumb kids being pushed around Big Lots in a shopping cart, like BRAVER or FROZEN LAND? You think there have been parents who picked that book up for their kids thinking Conan was fighting Loki?

    CONAN: THE AVENGERS was the title of one of the paperback compilations of the original Robert E Howard Conan stories, so this title doesn’t really have much of anything to do with Loki and et al.
