Because their origins all tie them to events (the Kree-Skrull War, Wanda and Vision's kids being born) that couldn't possibly have happened as long ago as 16-18 years.

    I’ll have to go back and look at exactly what was established about Hulkling, but as Speed and Wiccan were essentially “magically-conceived”, so to speak, the natural laws don’t really apply to them.
