I was a potential returning reader. I asked you a question about the AR stuff - which piqued my interest - and you ignored it in favor of someone insulting you just so you can continue to paint the image of dissatisfied readers as a common evil between you and your new readers. Your manipulative choices of what to answer has cost you a customer and I'm sure I'm not alone.

You were an anonymous questioner, and one of 11,650 questions I have here this morning. I’ve been very clear in the past that A) I can’t answer everything, and B) I’ll tend to give priority to questions that come from an account with a name. But on any given day, there are enough questions that I can’t even read them all, much less answer them all.

So I’m sorry you feel that way, but I’m pretty clear about what conditions are like around these parts.
