Could AXIS had been a few issues shorter? Feels slightly decompressed, as opposed to the entire volume of Uncanny Avengers leading up to it. And I'm not saying that in an attempt to express event fatigue(loved Original Sin.) It just feel too long.
Sorry that it feels that way to you.
Originally, it was going to be 10 issues, but we cut one out. And while we could have cut more, I also feel like we could still have used more space to get into all of the inverted characters in a deeper way.
But so it goes.
