The Magneto reveal in Axis #7 contradicts established canon. In Uncanny X-men #463 Nocturne was established as a genetic relative of Magneto's. You could argue that it doesn't count because she's from an alternate reality, but it doesn't really make sense for the Scarlet Witch to have different biological parents in the 616 and in Nocturne's home reality. If they're the same person, they'd have the same parents. If they have different parents, they're different people.
I would suggest that this means that they are different people.
I mean, just look at them.
The Marvel Universe has never been bound by the events of an alternate reality.
