Mr B., one criticism: I really don't like when you start a book with a specific artist (say Joe Mad on inhuman) and change it after a few books. I d like the art to remain consistent as much as possible. Yet, it is clear that most of the time you just use a big name to draw people to the book and then change it after a few books. The same happens with some writers of course (Rucka on Cyclops or Ellis on Moon Knight). I prefer books written by the same team, it should be common practice.

I hear what you’re saying, and that is certainly a valid point of view.
However, not every creator is cut out to do regular monthly comic book work, for a variety of reasons.
And so I would rather have a few issues by Joe Madureira or Warren Ellis or whomever than none–even if that means that there’s a good chance that somebody else will need to take over on a particular title.
