She’s pretty much the DC Deadpool, a violent and funny character with ties to a big franchise who appears in adventures that are sort of off-to-the-side from the center of the Universe, and so are a bit more accessible to people who aren’t following everything. And at least at the moment, being guided by two creators that almost everybody likes, Jimmy Palmiotti and Amanda Conner.
