Hi Mr. Brevoort, let's be honest: you do these teasers on purpose right? People talk about rebooting the MU and you tease that; people has complained about Spider Man's horrible ret-con OMD, and you tease that. You want to provoke us don't you? I can't deny that it is an excellent marketing strategy. My problem is that it makes you look like sellers instead of story tellers. I don't mean it in a bad way, yet I would prefer adverts about story quality instead of market teasers. My opinion though

We can be both sellers and storytellers. If you don’t sell your story, then it doesn’t matter how good it is—nobody will read it.

The teasers that you’re talking about haven’t said anything about anything other than presenting an image and a logo. I don’t know how you can view that as not being about story. Sure, they’re provocative in their way, but they’re teasers—they’re supposed to tease you!
