I've been recently wondering about imprints and acquisitions Marvel has published. Some Star Comics characters made cameos a few years ago in X-babies, there were a few Crossgen miniseries, and Shadowline characters appear in the new Secret War promos. I know Malibu characters are tied up in some legal thing but what about some of the other imprints? I'm wondering if its legally feasible we might see characters from Crossgen, Razorline, Star Comics, or maybe more from Epic?
It depends entirely on what the rights situation is for each character.
The Crossgen characters aren’t owned by Marvel, so you won’t se them. Clive barker owns the Razorline characters, so you won’t see them. Most of the Star Comics characters are available for use. And most of the Epic Comics characters were creator-owned, so you won’t see them.
