I am really disappointed at how you are dealing with Iron Man's alcoholism, starting in Axis 4. It seems to me you are treating it as a punch line, letting him relapse without taking the condition seriously. For years, the IM-books have been important to people who saw a respectful and on some level realistic depiction of a disease in them, a disease that occurred in conjunction with depression and very nearly killed Stark on several occasions. And now you are throwing that out the window?

You’re making a bit of a leap based on two pages–and really, on just one panel–of a single issue.
Nobody’s going to be treating alcoholism as a punch line, and there will certainly be serious consequences to Tony Stark drinking again.
