"Hey Tom, have you any plans for the style of crane that will eventually be needed to haul you out of your house? " Way, way out of line. I have been very critical of Marvel product, but you should not insult people. If you do not like what Marvel is doing let them know and don't buy, but this behavior is unbecoming comic fans and is just plain wrong. Also, agree or disagree with their publishing decisions, it is Marvel's product and this is Tom's "house". Act accordingly or don't come in.
