I'm confused. You've said Axis takes place after Death of Wolverine, but Havok is at Wolverine's funeral despite Havok being captured right after hanging out with Wolverine in Uncanny Avengers, after which he spends a few days in Genosha, which is also hardly enough time for the events of Death of Wolverine to take place. Furthermore, given that timeframe, Sabretooth's presence is also suspect given his further adventures in the Logan Legacy which also have to take place before Axis.
